Expectations were set high for this stay. On arrival, I faced a damp, musty smell and damp carpet that seemed inexcusable for a property of this stature. It dampened the mood of an otherwise functional space. The helpful staff certainly deserve praise, but the issues with cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired.

I absolutely love staying here because the staff is super friendly and the food was great, making it a cozy spot to return to after a day of walking to nearby attractions like Point State Park and the scenic Grandview Overlook.

We enjoyed a fun visit to the Green Tree SportsPlex, which was perfect for my family while we were staying with my cousin. The place was ideal for a little workout, and we appreciated the convenience of transportation to downtown events.

My kids wished we had access to a microwave in our room for late-night snacks after our long day. It would have made our stay much more convenient.

Had a fantastic trip with friends! We hit the Green Tree SportsPlex for a workout, and it was great to relax afterward at the hotel’s pool. Staff were friendly, and everything was clean and comfortable. Just a heads up, the hotel layout can be a bit confusing at first, but it’s manageable. Would definitely recommend this place for group stays!
